July 17 Update (Patreon)

Release is out, so I'm looking toward version 0.20.0 - I will probably tone Ginasta down, though, as I feel the new version is a little too strong. It's fine for stronger parties, but when I use my lowest level possible game, it feels too RNG-dependent for my taste.
This upcoming update will focus on the elves, as suggested by the current end of the game. From my end, it will be an odd update. For many sections, I have a ton of notes and my task is to fuse them together into content that works toward one purpose. But this time, what's solid in my mind is the big picture stuff, my aims for this section in the long term. So unlike usual, my initial planning work will be developing more of the details that make a good update.
Some of you may have heard the news about a big Patreon project getting canceled. No need to go into much detail about it here, it's not ultimately relevant, but I wanted to say a few words.
I've always tried to prove myself with content updates, so I won't change that with a ton of words now. However, I did want to state that I'm not making games in order to get money, I try to earn money so that I can continue making games long term. I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me so much that I'm able to do this professionally.
Creation is what I want to do with my life. I might be walking a long road with this, but I expected I might have to work and save for years in order to realize that goal. Every month that I actually support myself by creating is a wonderful gift.
