I intended to make a thread asking the $10 patrons about some additions, but ran out of time. Expect it to come in a while, and I'll try to get those things done in addition to the upcoming route.


Haven't gotten started on Simon's route with these releases coming so thick. But I really want to get into it, so I'll be starting as soon as I can.

Btw. I have noticed a minor bug during the gathering: * When you walk into the room where Anak and the elf queen are supposed to talk, before you had talked with the palace guards, the event will unfold, but the 3 characters in the room are invisible. Talking to the guards afterwards will display them in the correct way they are supposed after the event has occurred. So nothing is actually broken. (damn, had a 2nd one, but it slipped my mind for now :() During Aki's route in the slums * When talk to the elven elder, the script hangs strangely when you do not have the elf with you. They go back talking to eachother, but because the elf does not forward the story, every time you talk to him they end up going back again to talk to each other. * It does not like switching the main character, especially when doing the pit fights. The visible character flickers between the elf, Aki and his daughter when you dared to prefer running around as an elf. :D Luckily again it doesn't break or stall anything, worst case is you have to alter formation afterwards. I forgive you here and tell you that you have done better here than Tales of Zestiria which is a AAA title in that regard (which permanently and every time switches out your combat party member in EVERY "event fight"). :D

Well, the draconic succubus bug during the Succubus Hunt is worse now. Now, she doesn't vanish from the map, but if she runs into you afterwards, you get her "Ow. Meanie" dialogue box repeatedly. It isn't infinite, and I didn't count, but it felt like it repeated twenty times. This makes it even more likely her dialogue will pop up when the transition is supposed to take place, especially since she chases you around, and it's kind of hard to get away from her in the narrow gap in the trees north of the bridge. And yes, it still causes the black screen of death. At the very least, it's almost certain that it's her dialogue box popping up that's interrupting the transition. At this point, I think it would be better to go back to removing her from the map and just get rid of her dialogue after the fight. If you don't want to remove her, please make it so she stays in one place or slows to a walk and so that her dialogue doesn't loop. And since I can't have a post without pointless speculation, I wonder if any of the other Incubus Kings meet the Doomed King if they'll mistake it for it's former owner, such as, "You're X. Wait, you can't be X. X is dead!" Anyway, looking forward to the poll. As for Simon's route, as much as I'm looking forward to it, take as much time as you need.

I can confirm the stuff with the draconic succubus. The black screen is pretty strange thing. Even reloading the game or actually finding a butterfly and finishing another battle does not restore the screen. So you kind of have to run for your "life" here. :D Luckily I had a savegame like 2min earlier so it wasn't that bad for me.
