How are you doing?

This week has been kinda mixed, my left shoulder has been a bit messed up since an accident in the gym a few weeks back and having to undergo some physio/basic rehab for it. So no boxing, weight training etc. I like keeping fit and so not being able to do a ton of stuff is frustrating. 

Just going to have to run and hit the pool. I'm not quite Daniel Craig emerging from the water in Casino Royale, more like Mr. Bean cannonballing into an inflatable in the garden. The swimming centre where I go, there are a shit ton of pro divers there so its mildly embarrassing but I wouldn't have it any other way, I'm not putting on airs for anybody.
