Upgrade (Patreon)

So I just upgraded all patreon tier by 1 chapter for SHK. For the Crazy girls tier I will use them for Netori once I reach CH 15 at least since now the highest tier is 15 chapter ahead.
Also I opened the bronze and Tier 1 tier for two advanced chapters each. Finally I will try to upgrade the supreme, overlord and legend tier by one or two chapters by the end of the next week.
