Wow this is such an OOOOOOOOLD character. I've really been wanting to draw him again lately though. He's usually human but I just haven't been feeling it, so I guess he's a cat now!!!!!!

He's not a natural bobtail, there's a poorly healed nub in there somewhere. He's an aggressive angry idiot, probably lost the rest of his tail in a fight (or doing something stupid).
