Hey all,

Unfortunately, I have some upsetting news for my audiobook fans. I have made the decision to pause production on Warhawk 2's audio.

I've decided to part ways with Will on the Warhawk series.

I thank him for all of his time, hard work, and wish him the best on his future work in the industry.

Given Rebecca was the primary narrator on the series at the start, I have asked her to take over narration for the series completely which she has agreed to do. So what does this mean?

1. Warhawk 1 will need to be re-recorded with her performing all of Seb's parts and the other male narration.
2. Since Warhawk 2 was in the middle of production and completely recorded, we're going to have to push back the release to give time for Rebecca to re-record all of Will's parts and re-edit the book.
3. Rebecca will narrate books 3 and 4 solo.

Rebecca's next available slot is in April. So after conversing with her and depending on her schedule, we would have the book 1 re-record and book 2 recording done then. Potentially book 3 if she has time (but no promises).

As an audiobook lover, my goal is always to provide the best quality content for you all to listen to. While I'm saddened this pushes things back even longer, I think this change will provide a much better listening experience for fans of this series.

Sad to see it, but Rebecca does amazing work solo. Let us know if you need anything, and I am sure we will help however we can. Looks like I am buying book ones audiobook again lol!

You won't need to. You would just download the latest version once it's replaced the existing version.

Stephanie Savannah, Tess Irondale, and Rebecca Woods have the range to pull off solo narration without lower the "quality" of the audiobook. Windle is a decent narrator, but I don't think his loss will affect the series in a negative way (with Rebecca, it will arguably be better). You may want to reach out to K.D.Robertson regarding how a transition in narrators affected his work and sales. He went from dual-narrated voice actors to Stephanie Savannah for his Demon's Throne series, and I thank the universe for it. XD

It's funny you mention that, because I've been following him closely, and used his recent change in my decision making. I'm a fan of his work, and seeing him make the change, plus loving Rebecca's performance in the Aspect, kind of sold me on it. Nothing against Will, but once I didn't want to listen to my own book because of his performance of Seb, I knew there was a problem.
