Tsunade is considered a legend of the leaf Village. She is one of the mighty hokages and is well respected and is known to be one of the strongest female ninjas.

Sarada always has dreamed to be the hokage and wanted to always show her superiority over other ninjas. Especially female ninjas. She already made Sakura her slave and tool after she knows her real mother is Karin, and now she aims to add Tsunade to that list

After Sarada approached Tsunade and not only challenged her but also humiliated and beat her into becoming a pet for her.

Sarada : so you were the mighty hokage huh... You're nothing but a pig. Just a little addition too my collection of pigs.  Hahaha cant believe you two are considered me for to be the strongest female ninjas of the leaf Village. What a disappointment. You're not even worth my time.

Tsunade : yes mistress I'm nothing but your pig

Sakura : we live to serve your mistress

Sarada: how does it feel being the pets of someone so much younger than you both? 

Sakura : we just aren't in your league mistress 

Tsunade : yes mistress you're way superior to us

Sarada: exactly you're just my tool to use and abuse. In fact, you should worship these soles of my dirty sandals cause you know what. They are worth more than your lives. They are superior to you are. 

Tsunade: yes mistress I'm not worthy enough. Let this pig clean and swallow the dirt from your shoes. 

Sakura: thank you for this honor mistress 

Sarada: pathetic slave. That's right… That's where you belong
