I'm at 100% these days, so the release can be with some time before my long trip, in which I'm positive I won't be able to do any task that requires of my beast computer.
This game assets are growing and growing, and the fact that my i7 7700K, 32 GB RAM, GTX 1080 Ti, m.2 disk rig takes about ten minutes to export my Spine files... well, speaks for itself, right?
So it's kind of ironic that that animation you see above it's been done in just four minutes. Serious.
I have reached a point in where I'm spending far more time in making animation transitions to work smoothly than making the animations proper. For example, I've needed five hours and a half today to make the spanking events to actually work as they should.
And what is a transition you may ask. What's that evil thing that delays the release of the game you love? Well, they're the automated, but extremely complex mathematical functions that Spine devs worked hard to make its piece of software to switch between animations seamlessly.
Or that at least is the theory, because after two friggin' years, weird things happen... like the Hail Hitler! bug I needed to troubleshoot today...: Vanlen making the Nazi salute before proceeding to spank our furry heroine.
Yeah, it was funny to watch it. Not so much to troubleshoot.
Anyway, enough whining for today. I just wanted to say I'm at full steam and trying to get things done.
