I confess I'm a little sad about not receiving any comments on any Alice's progress, but I hope you are enjoying it anyway! 😚

Well, after spending a week embroidering the laces, I could hardly wait to do the part I was most excited about... the destruction of the apron!! yaaay

I did a lot of research on fabrics weathering and found several tea and coffee techniques, but I chose to dilute fabric paint in water!

I used water spray to spot bigger ones and immediately afterwards I used a hot iron so that the stain would not spread!

And for the most striking small stains I made strong marks with the brush and undid the stain by rubbing the nail as if I were trying to remove the stain and it worked very well!! 🤔

For the blood, I broke my head a lot, because I only found fake bloods that were edible, and no ink that I had was bloody, so I remembered the red fabric dye I had, it already had a very strong color like blood, but Alice's apron is very light dried blood and if I diluted the paint a lot, it would turn pink, so I mixed it with black and I was very happy with the result that worked!! 😍💖
