WEELLLL!!!
Here is one more question you need to help me! haha 🤣🤣
So, everyone has watched the trailer for Zelda's sequel  and we know it doesn't show much.

Not only does Zelda appear infrequently, she is also in a cave with a torch, which does not help much with the shades as it has no natural light and the only light it has affects colors by the illumination of the half orange torch...

Well, in my selections, we have 4 types of tones.

Sample 1: This is the first scene.

Sample 2: This is the second scene, where Zelda appears more closely and we can have better access to the details of the cloak.

Sample 3: This is the last scene, where it is in a very reddish environment by the effect of the place that has red energies, which does not make it easy so it is hard to see the tones.

Sample 4: This is what I am seriously considering, I took Link's original cloak color in natural light and changed the (sample 2) color chart to a similar color, meaning that the Zelda's one has been changed together and I imagine this is the closest color to Zelda's cloak if it was exposed to natural light.

So what do you guys think?

I think sample 4 is the one you should go with :)

I prefer sample 1, I think the colors go better with Zelda...

hmmm, I was also very doubtful if I followed the first scene, appears much more the entire cape and can have a better idea of how it would look, but I think the link torch affects a lot in colors... 🤔

I think sample one. If you look at her hair and shirt, it’s very close to natural light, which makes me more inclined to to think the cape is close to natural light.

Sample 1 IMO

Sample 1 😊

But this natural color is orange because of the torch, this changes the color. 🤔

Technically true in real life, but I was comparing her hair n shirt on the pic to her hair n shirt in natural light, and those are pretty close, so it stands to reason that the cape is pretty close to its natural color too. Plus easier on the animators to use cell-style shadows.

My previous comment aside, I do like sample four.
