Princess Agitha: Bugs pots! (FULL WIP and tutorial) (Patreon)

Hello guys!!

Here is another progress of the princess Agitha, this time to finalize her basket, I decided to make the insects that go in the 3 little pots inside !!!

Don't know if you are going to make insects, buuut, as I took photos of all the progress, I'll leave here a mini tutorial and hope you like it!

1: First I drew a sketch with the size of the pot as the base limit to avoid making the wigs bigger than the pot!!!

2: I sculpt the butterfly and the beetle in clay and I used for the wings a plastic thread from the a broomstick!

3: I drew the wings on a piece of E.V.A with 2mm of thickness.

4: I made gradients with 2 shades of blue acrylic paint.

5: For the black details, I mixed acrylic resin with black acrylic paint.

6: I drew the details of the wings lightly with pencil.

7: With a needle, I gradually passed the resin in these details.

8: After the resin hardened a little, I made a few droplets in white to give it some more details.

9: While the resin dried, I put bended needles in place of the legs to be able to handle all the body weight and wings!

10: After finishing everything, I applied spray varnish to protect the paint and seal the "sticky" that the resin leaves!

Anyway, I still need to put some earth on the bottom of the pots and make the big corks, but I liked the result a lot!!

Olá pessoal!!
Aqui vai mais um progresso da princesa Agitha, dessa vez pra finalizar de vez a cesta dela, resolvi fazer os insetos que vão nos 3 potinhos dentro!!!

Não que vocês vão fazer insetos, maas, como tirei fotos de todo o progresso, vou deixar aqui um mini tutorial e espero que vocês gostem!

1: Primeiro eu desenhei um rascunho com o tamanho do pote como base limite para não correr o risco de fazer as asas maiores que o pote!!!

2: Eu esculpi a borboleta e o besouro em massinha e usei para as anteninhas, um fio de vassoura de plástico!

3: Desenhei as asas num pedaço de E.V.A na espessura de 2mm.

4: Fiz degradês com 2 tonalidades de tinta acrílica azuis.

5: Para os detalhes pretos, misturei resina acrílica com tinta preta acrílica.

6: Desenhei levemente com lápis os detalhes das asas.

7: E com uma agulha, fui passando aos poucos a resina nesses detalhes.

8: Depois que a resina endureceu um pouco, fiz umas gotinhas em branco para dar mais detalhes.

9:  Enquanto a resina secava, eu coloquei agulhas entortadas no lugar das patinhas para poder aguentar todo o peso do corpo e asas!

10:  Depois de finalizar tudo, passei verniz em spray pra proteger a pintura e selar a "melação" que a resina deixa!

Enfim, eu ainda preciso por terra no fundo dos potes e fazer as big rolhas, mas gostei muuito do resultado!!
