The terrific DForce Breast V2 product is something I got a chance to play around with. As long as you stick to a few key settings, you can get great results.

In this video, I'll show you how to apply it to a model, how to make sure it works with any geoshell products you have, and some of the settings (including the ones I recommend). If you're going to want to sim the breasts and clothing, that is a whole different video (hopefully out soon) as there are a few gotchas there.
