Are we headed to a meeting of alchemists or necromancers?? *giddy* Can't wait to learn more! The our little friend, a cicada possibly? Off the beaten path for that area I'd guess, and the golden shine...definitely not your average beetle... or I'm reading way too much into things! haha.
