BTW, my first ten days at home were not very good: like i said, i'm like a fucking wounded soldier on an arrow. i could not eat during the day because i lacked the fucking bile to aid digestion; i could not fall asleep peacefully because pain and discomfort often woke me up. All day long i was weak and low energy, the only thing i could do was lie in bed and rest and rely on the nutrition powder for energy.

But in the recent few days i felt things are getting better, appetite, physical strength were gradually increasing, and the pain was not so bad. All in all, things are slowly getting better and i hope it will stay that way.

順便說一下，回到家後的頭10天我的狀況不是太好：就像我說的，我特麼就像個中了箭的傷兵。白天我吃不下東西，因為缺少該死的膽汁來幫助消化；晚上我睡不好覺，因為疼痛和不適經常讓我醒來；一整天下來我都有氣無力、精神不足，唯一能做的事就是躺在床上休息，依靠營養粉來維持能量。

不過最近幾天我感覺到情況在好轉，食慾、體力都在增強，疼痛也沒那麼厲害了。總之，事情在慢慢地往好的方向發展，我希望它能保持下去。
