Organise, Unite, & Fight! 

At CYBERTEASE we believe passionately in the radical potential of organising as workers. 

Together we demand fair, ethical, and non-discriminatory conditions for labour within our industry for all workers. 

Organising can take many forms, from consciousness-raising, practising collective care, and joining a Trade Union. 

If you haven't already, please consider how you can organise in your own workplace, and consider joining your Union! 

If you are in part time or full time employment, you can find out if there is a union at work by asking to speak to the representative (‘rep’) about joining. No matter your employment status, you can use the TUC’s interactive tool to help you find a trade union in your workplace, or one which covers your type of job.

Our union is United Voices of the World, a grassroots organisation of low paid, migrant & precarious workers. 

The UVW family brings together workers across several sectors including cleaning, security, catering, retail, construction, health care workers, sex workers, artists, architects, social workers, the charity sector, and legal sector workers.
