Patreon Rework - Everything About It (Patreon)

All tiers will have much more straightforward rewards in hopes that everything's clear to everyone without making it unnecessarily convoluted either.

The way that Patreon deals with the deletion of tiers and the creation of new ones is a little weird to me, but I tried to find the best way of doing it as smoothly as possible.
