I think bittersweet is a good word to describe what you were feeling. What they all felt, really. Especially Eren. He finally made his dream of getting free of the walls come true and saw the sea, but he also knows that the outside world isn’t beautiful and peaceful—it’s their enemies. 🫤 You’re right, Eren is going through the most and is struggling. But I always get so emotional during that scene where they see the sea for the first time! It gives me goosebumps. And even though you know how much I love Armin, I have to say that Floch did speak some truths. I imagine it is terrifying for them to face the future without Erwin. I am SO excited for season 4 with you. Definitely the best season in my opinion, I can’t wait to hear your thoughts. I hope you’re feeling better now, and Happy New Year to you!

WAIT I just realized! You still haven’t watched the No Regrets OVA, right? There is more Erwin waiting there for you, it’s the story of how Levi joined the Scouts. I promise you will not be disappointed, this would be a perfect time to watch that, in between seasons. It’s a 2-parter and it’s on Crunchyroll. I think I can safely speak for all of us when I say we would LOVE you to watch that with us!! 🙏

Season 4 is my fav but you can watch the No Regrets OVA first if you want to see Erwins face once more before blasting off into the next season. You know, if you want to. Im happy either way! <3 :)

Who would be mad at sniffles? "Omg, she sniffled! How dare V be an actual human!" So the reason it seems like the future memories and past mixed is because we are not watching the past. We are watching the memories of Eren's dad through Eren. That is why the past mixed with present. Eren's drive to keep his friend safe was added to the memories he was experiencing at the moment of remembering the goal his dad was making. He was remembering his dad's goal and Eren instinctually thought "and keep my friends safe" but it came out like it did. All of the past we saw, is through Eren's mind. Why is he experiencing the past memories? Because his dad ate the founding titan and Eren touched his, I guess, stepmother in titan form. He is slowing unlocking the founding titan power even since he touched his stepmother and commanded a titan. Is it because of that touch or is it something else? We'll see. Remember, we are told only the royal family can use the founding titan powers. We also know that every time the royal family past on the founding titans power, every member gets overpowered by the first king of paradises desire for peace that they just keep the secret and do nothing. But founding titan is no longer controlled by the royal family. And Eren is experiencing its powers bit by bit.

Wrong, I knew one of you idiots was gonna try the spoiler crap again, all the info I gave has already been given, and she had it mostly figured out, I just cleaned it up and straighten out the lines she was connecting dots with. There is too much detail to remember so she actually likes people clearing up confusing points. She asked for an explanation, I helped with recalling what we know. Not single spoiler in any of that. Go take your white knight syndrome somewhere else.
