You know how when a chicken loses it's head, and it still walks around? When Gus’s head gets blown up, he does his signature reflex & fixes his tie, just how a chicken would. It's even a callback all the way back to 0201 with the two–faced, one–eyed teddy bear from the cold open. Farewell Gus 👋 you were one of the best to ever do it. Gus' death: impressive. Lily of the valley reveal: mind blown 🤯🤯 For the first time in the series the audience gets to feel what it's like to be manipulated by Walter firsthand, successfully, with the exception of the minority who guessed it right most likely when Gus stopped walking towards his car in the parking garage. Also when the detectives are interrogating Jesse over the ricin comment they say the doctors are beginning to think that it was ricin that poisoned Brock. Goes to show just how thorough Heisenberg was with his plan.

Awee my god we finally here 😯😯😯😍😍

I know its another big series after finishing breaking bad but since you love Saul so much (like everybody lol) he actually got his very own spin off series calles Better Call Saul and you're basically obligated to check it out after breaking bad because some would argue its EVEN BETTER ;)

Torm

Perfect timing for the season finale, i have just pizza! Happy friday V <3

Yannik

also also: the timer in the video is really off, a second there is basically 2 seconds :)

Walts true colors being shown. He was of course afraid for his family after being threatened, but he also just wanted to win against Gus. He wanted to be him. We know Walts ego rules him 90% of the time. Walt wants that power. Walt didn't have the neighbor go to his house for her to die though. That wasn't going to happen. He was waiting for the men to simply show up outside the house. If you listen to the lyrics of the song that plays at the end, they are so perfectly synonymous with Walt. "Looking up at no stars in the sky, those white clouds have turned it black" Walter White has turned the sky to darkness. The album cover for that song is of a black, dripping heart. Walt has descended to a new low. He won, and he killed Gus, at the cost of his heart. Any humanity left in him has shriveled away. All that's left, is a blackened, evil heart. Poisoning a damn kid to win in the drug world. The choices made in this show, even down to song choice, are impeccable and it's stuff like that that make it one of the best shows of all time.

Sorry if this is already explained somewhere else, but is the timer under the footage supposed to help us sync up at all? Because it counts seconds slower than real seconds and so the timer never actually matches the real footage lol. It's not a big deal just something I noticed and maybe I don't understand.

Justin

The opening scene is a 4 minute paid commercial. Compare that to BB’s iconic opener. We are not the same.

Justin

Walt HAD to be him to save him and his family. Everyone just meat rides his ego, like Mike. Mike rode Walt’s ego and Gus’ MEAT. What was Walt suppose to do roll over & die? Gus manipulated Walt into being his cook in the first place.

Tim Martin

Face (blown) Off

Lorenzo Baxter

Bro no one is meat riding anything. Everyone who watched the show should know Walts ego is his biggest weakness. I already said yeah he had to defend himself to save himself and his family. But no, he did not have to BE him. But it's clear as day when he said "I won" that it wasn't simply about defending his loved ones. He feels power that he beat Gus.

Philipp

At least no one suspects Jesse of Gus' murder because he was either at the hospital or visiting the FBI.

Jaroslav Dočekal

What do you think about Walter now? :D

Gabriel Berilli

A big shout out to Giancarlo Esposito he gave one of the best villain performances ever. On an interview he said, that he only had a guest spot of 3 episodes on seasons 2, for season 3 they wanted him to be also a side character and he refused, he said that he would only come back as a main character for the whole season. And thank God they gave it to him.

Ding ding ding ding ding ding! Here we go!!

It is supposed to be a guide to help you! Along with leaving some of the screen incase the timer is wrong incase something liek this happens :)

LightsCameraJake

Vee. Be honest, nobody could of thought, a man walking from his car into a nursing home could be so bad ass xD

LightsCameraJake

Personally as much as I want her to watch BCS. I hope she moves on to another series first to give people who dont like BB something to watch then come back to it :)

Yannik

Yeah she probably will, was just saying that she should definitely check it out in the future though

Kezo

Francesca wasn't bribing Walt, she was blackmailing him :D Walt knew that Gus' people were not going to kill his neighbor, Gus and his men are careful not to draw any attention towards them. He just wanted to lure out anybody that might be inside his home. Your comment about the ricin not showing up... how could they test for it if it did not show up :D. Walt said it would not show up on a tox screen, but they were specifically testing for ricin because Jesse told them about it. Gus died in the end because all he focused on was his revenge and he got careless. Tyrus even told Gus that he should not come and let him take care of Hector. In the episode before, Gus even figured out that Walt might have done something to his car, he left NOTHING to chance and considered every possible outcome. Also, after this episode, we now know why Gus left his car in the parking garage: Gus did NOT poison Brock (like we were led to believe), so he thought that it was suspicious that this had happened right at that moment. And he then suspected that Jesse had decided to side with Walt and lured him to the hospital. Gus probably did not have any plans to hurt or kill Jesse until this point, Jesse only got kidnapped and forced to cook in this episode because he turned on Gus.

The Timer is on half the usual speed. Finished the episode with barely 22 minutes on the timer. Just FYI :)

If it's any consolation - The next season is not the final season. It's Season 5, Part 1, then you have S5Part2 right after You technically have TWO seasons left =-) Also, this season was before the Walking Dead premiered. Gus'... makeup was from their makeup team and effects team from The Walking Dead to demo their effects.

David Cansler

V, you were killing me trying to figure out "Need DEA" :)

jeremykg14

You won't be disappointed with season five. As excellent as this season was I do believe it tops it.

MrAlexSan

I waited nearly a year between Part 1 and Part 2. That is not a a “same season” no matter how AMC spins this

Philip Isley

And now, we know how things stand. Welcome to the final season.

Willow McPhie

Not to forget that Walt let Jane die. He made the choice to let her die. That was the moment I stopped liking him. It sickened me. And he just becomes more cold the further he gets into this business.

LightsCameraJake

I went through the entire of next season hating walter for what he did to get his way. Walter is the villain. Even though hes the main character and its easy to sympathies with him. He is now just as bad as Gus. Manipulates, uses kids, will do anything just like gus to get his way. Going through next season I didn't care what bad things happened to Walter, he deserves it. I hope you can go through next season not forgetting what he has done. You said the main threat is done. Well now the main threat is Walter.

And you made it to the end of Gus’s era! And as you’ve stated, the way he died was a proper death the way that only Gus can die, fixing his tie. You wondered when was it that Walt had time to poison Brock…? It was just in the last episode ‘End Times’ literally right after he spun the gun on the patio table when it pointed towards the ‘Lily of the Valley’ plant (us viewers weren’t aware of the plant yet…) and then the next scene shows Marie attempting to call Walt but he doesn’t answer. Then the next few scenes show that Jesse tries to call Walt after Steve Gomez looks at the laundry mat, again Walt doesn’t answer. Jesse then goes to Saul’s office and that is when Huell was patting Jesse and took the cigarettes whilst replacing it with a new pack of cigarettes. And the next scene shows Skyler at Hanks attempting to call Walt but again to no avail. The next time we finally see Walt after he was spinning the gun, is when Jesse goes to confront Walt about Brock being poisoned. This is one of the many, many reasons why this shows writing is second to none. Masterpiece 💯

I think my favorite part was when V called it a police officer headquarters instead of police station lol

Johnathon Healey

I've watched the show many times ans just caught this time when his neighbour calls him back, he says 'that's a relief' whilst actually sounding troubled - to her it probably sounds like he was concerned about the gas being left on, but I think he was actually relieved she wasn't killed 🫣

One thing I can’t wrap my head around though is the ricin thing, does the plant have a similar effect but to a far lower degree or just easier anti toxin? Edit: I mean as in, the detectives say the doctors are taking the ricin thing seriously and that it’s looking like it is, so safe to assume that the plant has a similar traits as ricin and similar compounds needed to treat right?
