This has to be my favorite episode (as much as I hate series finales) but it was the most visually beautiful episode with a much more uplifting tone which you guys know I LOVE. Those views, the scenery? UGH SO BREATHTAKING.  

It was an incredibly difficult series to get through, but with a (mostly) positive ending sort of wrapped up the entire series perfectly. My heart does ache from it, but not as much after this episode.  Thank you all for joining me on such a challenging journey, and I appreciate all of your empathy and understanding as I got through it all.  
I hope you all enjoy Chapter 10!!

you looked away just as they showed the "lottery" helmet. It was empty as it only had 1 piece of paper with Shifty's serial number and name on it

You did this series EXCELLENT! As you said it: "a part of me left with this series" and is true, this series not only takes a lot from us, but gives so much more. Gives the viewers the chance to experience war from the stand point of not only good built but real characters. I remember watching this series back in 2002 on TV and got blown away with it, but didn't watched it at full and detailed (first time watching it was on TV at early morning reruns before school and all episodes I watched were incomplete and out of order) until I was at college around 2005 on DVD. 'Till this day is one of my favorite and uplifting series to watch and rewatch no matter when. But you gave such a a wonderful point of view of it that is just invaluable. You are one of my favorite reactors and the only one I subscribed to because of this series, specially episode 9. Seeing it was an experience. Is rare to watch it with someone with strong attachments to that moment in history. I thank you for your work on this series and be sure I'll keep watching your content closely.
