Superman for the win!

Nice Guys baby! Legit first vote haha

Ian

Fills me with joy just to see my cousin vinny make a poll win or lose its such a feel good movie ๐Ÿ’™ but this list is full of great movies so it's a win win win whatever comes out on top

bosho11

Wow, a lot of great choices! Voted Conan, Big Trouble (you're gonna love it 100%), Leon, and American Graffiti. I'm not sure people are familiar enough with American Graffitti for it to win polls, but if you like coming of age movies with great soundrtacks, you'll love this. Also, if you're considering House of Flying Daggers, does that mean you've seen Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon? If not, Crouching Tiger is way way way good. Keep up the good work!

I recommend the original five Planet of the Apes films. At least the very first one from 1968

Raven Dark

Here's a few recommendations from me: -The Terminator (80s movie) -Terminator 2: Judgement Day (1990s) -Twins (80s classic) -Kindergarten Cop (the above four are all with Arnold schwarzenegger) -The Karate Kid (80s classic) -Adventures in Babysitting (80s classic) -Dirty Dancing (80s classic, Patrick Swayze) -Ghost (thriller romance, I guess, Patrick Swayze) -The Neverending Story (80s, classic, fantasy) -Mrs. Doubtefire (Robbin Williams)

David RedEagle

Secondhand Lions is such a fun and wholesome film.

E

Never let me go. Oblivion w T cruise.

LightsCameraJake

I got one movie. "Captain Phillips" a true story based on the 2009 Container ship pirate take over of the Marask Alabama. Captain Phillips is portrayed by none other then Tom Hanks. That movie is depicted as accuratly as possible and of course Hanks does a great job. PS. Speaking of Tom Hanks, I Just got done watching your green mile reaction. I dont think I've cried harder in any other movie.

panacamanana

She just posted reactions to The Breakfast Club on October 4th and A Knights Tale on September 3rd.

Count of Monte Cristo and second hand lion are both such incredible movies.

Flemming Jensen

Soooo many awesome movies๐Ÿ™‚ what to pick?๐Ÿค”

Caleb Harvey

The Hobbit Ben hur 1959 Mrs doubtfire Hook Sister act Narnia

Fantastic to see House of Flying Daggers on the list, that gets my vote.

Anonymous

Didn't Big Trouble win the other week??

Anonymous

I really hope Conan can take the throne some day

Anonymous

I need Serenity on one of these lists soon ๐Ÿคฃ

Bill Woods

Only 8 votes for _The Magnificent Seven_ ?!

Bruce Bromley

V, if you are about to start on the MCU, why not begin with the OG of superhero films, Superman? The MCU has come close, but there is still no better match of actor and role then Christopher Reeve and Superman.

JayF

A couple of notes - House of Flying Daggers is one of the most visually stunning movies I've ever seen. Definitely get around to it on your own if it doesn't win a poll. Secondhand Lions is a great family movie with a ton of heart. Don't skip that one either.

Tiger Chu

That's what i though as well. Was expecting the reaction to show up sometime this week

JayF

Captain Phillips was good but if we are recommending Tom Hanks films that she hasn't gotten to yet, Apollo 13 would be my pick.

JayF

When are we going to see some Coen brothers movies on your polls? I highly recommend O Brother Where Art Thou?, No Country for Old Men, True Grit (2010), and of course The Big Lebowski but that's been reacted to by a ton of people.

TJ Bigelow

I'm gonna keep fighting for Conan, lol. I watched it as a kid and loved it because of how different and the fighting, normal kid interests but when I watched it again as an adult, especially after film classes, I could see how brilliant the 2 films were and how amazing the stories of Conan are. The time period is it set in doesn't get enough fantasy. After the fall of Babylon, the end of Sumeria, before empires, the time of African Kingdoms, and the wide spread infection of cults and crazy religions; all non-fiction, but with a dab of sorcery and magic and the last remaining monsters of legend. They really are great films.

MotoDork

As always, if Watchmen wins (and I hope it does) you really need to do the directorโ€™s cut of the film.

Checo Lara

If I remember correctly, Big Trouble in Little China had already won a poll before, so i don't know why is here again, I was already expecting a reaction for that movie.

Checo Lara

pick all of them at the end you can vote for as many movies you want

Checo Lara

Mi recommendations as always: -True Romance (1993) -Man on Fire (2004) -RoboCop (1987) -The Wild Bunch (1969) -Dollars Trilogy: A Fist full of Dollars(1964) For a Few Dollars More(1965) The Good The Bad and The Ugly(1966) -Oldboy (2003) -The seven samurai (1954)

Eric Janssen

And having seen it in theaters, I donโ€™t even know why it WON,

Eric Janssen

Another vote for seeing Seven Samurai BACK on the polls before she tackles The Magnificent Seven. And this time, we vote for it.

Eric Janssen

Quick count, but is it possible we finally have MORE 20th city. Movies on the list than 21st city. ones? Thatโ€™s what happens when all those unvoted-for titles stick around and pile up.

Anonymous

I no longer vote for what I want, I vote for what is winning toward the end. At least then what I vote for has a chance.

vkunia

Sorry guys. Big Trouble was a mistake and a typo forgive me ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Eric Janssen

"Big Trouble was a mistake" Yeah, and it shouldn't have been on the polls, either. ๐Ÿ˜›

Jesus Vasquez

How to train your dragon

Anonymous

I think remember liking that one when it came out. Havenโ€™t seen it since though

Sean Novack

Vinny and Big Trouble are two completely different styles of movie. You'd do well to watch them both!

E

What about jackass 2 even if itโ€™s a rewatch

Michael A Daniello

Constantine is a great movie definitely should watch it.

TJ Bigelow

Another TV Show - Russian Doll (2019)

Anonymous

I have a feeling that VKunia loves beautiful music, and we already know she loves immersive historical movies so I'm going with 1) Amadeus 2) Master & Commander, and Braveheart.

Seymor Butz

Hook Frequency Holes The classic feel good movies.

Seymor Butz

And for a classic feel good black and white film. You can't beat "Goodbye Mr. Chips" 1939 with Robert Donat

Anonymous

Prince of Egypt eventually win one of these polls lol

TJ Bigelow

- EuroTrip (unrated, 2004)

LudicDave

If Watchmen doesn't win soon, I'm tilting off the face of the planet.

Anonymous

What about the Hobbit!? You watched Lord of the Rings now you have absolutely got to watch the Hobbit trilo0gy!

Kevin C

So when is Serenity happening? I just finished watching your reactions to Firefly, and I want to see what you think of what happens!

Anonymous

You know what... You should watch Lucky Number Slevin. I've not seen it in a while, but it's still one of my favourite movies. Josh Hartnett, Bruce Willis, Lucy Liu, Morgan Freeman and Ben Kingsley. Whats not to like. And it'll keep you guessing throughout most of the movie.

Anonymous

Nope. Compared to Lord Of The Rings, the Hobbit is an abortion. Don't ruin the legacy of LOTR by watching this.

James M

I second Eurotrip (unrated 2004)! If you want a nice romance drama to mix things up, try this trilogy that spans 27 years! -- Before Sunrise (1995), Before Sunset (2004), Before Midnight (2013)

Chris Lรผders

I think Black Rain (1989) or The martian (2015) would be a good choice for a reaction. ๐Ÿ˜Š
