Have you seen much film noir? If not, check out Double Indemnity (1944) and Sunset Boulevard (1950) which are considered to be two of the best of the genre.

Lee Salvemini

Children of Men, YES. But maybe not just yet ;D If you're looking for a unique fun film that will suit, The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou is very fun movie I haven't seen it in so many years.

I have the feeling VKunia's channel will soon get to some classics both like the old Samurai movies, I'm sure Film Noir could be a genre to mix in too.

As for Amadeus--One other reactor just did it, and objected to, yes, THAT dopey studio-added "Director's Cut" (which Milos Forman hated) scene. During the discussion, one fan rumored "Heard they're working on the Theatrical cut for 4K disk this year!", which was the first I'd heard of the rumor...Anyone else confirm? I don't want to raise my hopes too much. :)

(Oh, and wonder why nobody's voted for "Her Love Boils Bathwater"? You don't HAVE to include every obscure unimported title your overseas fans personally ask for...We've never heard of it either, probably because it never came here.)

Agreed. I'm a total cinephile and seen plenty of films from all over the world, but haven't heard of that one. Let's stick with the big classics.

One of the reasons we're such J-anime fans here is...we don't GET J-drama in the US. Period. I know the J-fans who see her do anime and Hollywood movies on YouTube want her to react to last year's live-action hits that played Tokyo plexes over there along with the US hits, but she's not the United Nations.

Matt

Childern of men or No Country for Old Men will get my votes every time

TB

Come and See will likely be the lowest vote on here but imo it is the most powerful film in this list! and I hope it stays on the list until people are curious enough to just vote for it!!!

Robocop is my recommendation. Keep up the good work!

With as many options as we're up to might be an idea to do a poll like this then condense it to a top three second vote so all the people on the lesser picked ones get to pick out of the three most popular. Just thinking out loud lol. Thanks for the videos

Bob Criswell

I think that's a good idea. There could be enough 2nd choice votes to make a difference.

Please see everyone. Recommended Japanese movie「her love boils Bathwater」very nice. https://youtu.be/NF-avxd5SWY モントリオール世界映画祭でも出品された作品で心が暖かい気持ちになりますが、最後は驚きます。thank you for your time.

such a strange demand for memento =S Also, this might be an odd suggestion and one i doubt will make it to youtube as it would be a copyright nightmare i'd imagine, buuuuuut...for an anime film to watch if you just want a good time maybe...Intersteller 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem. A fun animation showcase with the backdrop of arguably daft punks masterwork.

I just rewatched "The Princess Bride" reaction, and really love seeing Vicky reacting like that more than her reactions to horrors, thrillers etc, so I'm throwing these out there again, Labyrinth (as opposed to Pan's Labyrinth) The Neverending Story Stardust The Dark Crystal Goonies The Rocketeer Big Trouble in Little China and while they don't track with the rest of these, I was just reminded of Dark City Brotherhood of the Wolf, Always I'm not saying movies like American Psycho, No Country for Old Men, Pan's Labyrinth and Momento aren't masterpieces, but I'm desperate to see her reaction to these. Can I get some love on this message if you agree?
