Hey guys!! So I finally did Fight Club! It was very well-written, had phenomenal acting and impressive dialogue, I like action movies but for some reason this one just DESTROYED my brain (felt like a fight club in my mind amiright (pls don't block me after that LOL))

BUT... I'm just gonna come right out and say it - this movie was TOO much for me and I can't even tell you the amount of anxiety it put me through by the end of it LOL

NO ONE WARNED MEEEEE

Every time I think of this film I legitimately cannot fathom what had taken place in this movie and still think of fight club as a club where people fight because it went into some deep places I was NOT ready for LMAO (peep that myko cuddle at the end of the film)

I hope you guys enjoy the reaction and my headset falling off several times from suspense/shock!!!

Thank you guys so much and have a wonderful rest of your day/night 🤗❤️

La La Land, Moonrise Kingdom, Paterson, Ruby Sparks just a few more cheerful movies you'll probably like

Any Wes Anderson movie I think you'll really enjoy

Lee Salvemini

Great idea, his movies are a perfect anti anxiety too after a movie like Fight Club :D

I have to admit, I burst out laughing for almost five minutes straight when you said "Oh! He found an outlet!" when fight club really started up, since I knew full well what was coming

This was such a good video! This used to be my favourite movie when I first saw it in high school. It was really cool to revisit it through your reaction!

We're starting to get into the happy times. I vote for 'The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou'

<p>One of the most memorable lines in the movie is from <em><strong>Marla</strong></em> after having sex with <em><strong>"Tyler"</strong></em> for the first time,</p> <p style=""><em>"Oh my God, I haven&rsquo;t been fucked like that since grade school."</em></p> <p>In the book and screenplay, the original line was,</p> <p style=""><em>"I want to have your abortion."</em></p> <p><em><strong>Laura Ziskin</strong></em>, who hired <em><strong>Jim Uhls</strong></em> to write the film adaptation for Fox 2000 Pictures, said that the abortion line made her cringe and that it crossed the line of good taste which would alienate viewers.</p> <p>After a test screening where the line got a big laugh, <em><strong>Ziskin</strong> </em>was still disturbed by the line and said to <em><strong>Fincher</strong></em>,</p> <p style=""><em>"Look, it got a laugh. I don't have a leg to stand on. But, I'm begging you, please. It's too offensive. You have to take it out."</em></p> <p>Negotiating, <em><strong>Fincher</strong> </em>offered,</p> <p style=""><em>"Ok, here's what I'll do. I will shoot something else to replace that line, but you have to promise me that I have the final say on whaterver that is. I get to come up with the replacement."</em></p> <p><em><strong>Ziskin</strong> </em>agreed.</p> <p style=""><em>"Anything. Nothing could be worse than, 'I want to have your abortion.' Go ahead."</em></p> <p>After <em><strong>Fincher</strong></em> reshot and re-screened, the replacement line got an even bigger laugh. In the end, <em><strong>Ziskin</strong></em> begged,</p> <p style=""><em>"Put the abortion line back in."</em></p> <p>Of course, this didn't happen, and we got the line in the final film. Remember: * His name is Robert Paulsen. * Hold the clam chowder. * Hand-made soap bars are recycling.</p>

I think Tyler Durden might have said something like this about your visceral reaction =P... Congratulations, you just had a near life experience. Lol Enjoyed going on the rollercoaster with you through this one. Take an easier movie for sure for the next one. You've earned it lol

Seriously felt guilty voting for this movie when I watched this reaction. You were not prepared at all haha. It’s a great film that I’ve rewatched a few times. Early on in the movie you commented about how someone teleported when Edward Norton’s character was at the doctors office. That was Tyler (Pitt) flashing on screen for a single frame. He flashes on screen a total of 4 times in the beginning. (https://youtu.be/Hzox6ea78vs) The scene where Tyler gets Marla out of her apartment before she OD’s there’s a mirror up on the wall and he has no reflection. (https://youtu.be/LBBCDWSBrNI) Lots of good writing and directing in this movie that gives more for those who are interested.

This movie made me become a patreon. I remember reading this as a kid and it changed my life. Watching your reaction, especially because I knew the ending, made everything worth it. Your line(more then once), "I didn't think this is what 'Fight Club' would be" should be emblazoned on the front of the movie :D While this movie was life changing for me, this reaction was my favorite. I am so happy that it had such an impact on you... good art does that.

my fav part was how you tried to deal with it throughout... you could tell how you would get anxious and try to fix your hair as a sort of coping mechanism to make yourself feel better. It made me flashback to my initial emotional response to this as well as its impact on my political life. For me this movie was eye opening, and a really important part of me growing up.

You are quite literally the 2nd person who knew this song before seeing the movie..... The other person was me. It's summarily is perfection.

Additional fun fact. When they were shooting golf balls out in the distance. Both actors were drunk hitting balls into the catering truck on set.
