Update 5/23/23 (Patreon)

73% of those that voted prefer that I just keep dropping chapters when I write them. I have heard you and respect your input and wishes. But, out of respect for the 27% who wanted more of a schedule I'm going to try an experiment and then come back to this issue once you've had it both ways. (the current system and then scheduled)

1) Dragon Sorcerer 2's epilogue will post tomorrow at 8 am.  I am going to crazily try to keep writing a chapter each day in that to keep posting Dragon Sorcerer chapters M-F at 8 am CST.

If I can't keep it up while meeting the need to write the final book of the Four Laws series then I will be transparent and we will change things. That includes if I can't maintain quality.

I will plan to do that till the end of June.  Then will ask you all how you feel about it again.

2) I am pulling a story out of Kindle Unlimited. I will be posting chapters of it here. At least book 2 was previously posted here. The series is Shaman's Call. Many of you were not here back then.  I will be posting chapters on RR after I have a head start on Kindle Unlimited. The first chapter will post here on June 12th and will likewise most M-F but at 10 am CST. The first few chapters are already scheduled.  Once I get about 40,000 words on Patreon I will start posting chapters on RR. Currently there are just over 200,000 words written in the story.

The purpose of this experiment is to see if there is enough interest for me to finish the story the way that I'd like to rather than have to just throw together one more book to wrap up the story. I will also edit the ebook at least to take into consideration feedback that I receive here and on RR.


3) I am beginning writing Law of Consequences. I am going to post whatever chapters I have done for the day at 10 pm CST each day, until the book is done. The reason for it being done that way rather than just one chapter per day is that the book is due to be published in June.

4) Finally, I will be starting chapters of Welcome to the Multiverse after I finish Law of Consequences. I will post 1 chapter per day of that M-F at 10 pm CST to use the slot that I was using for Law of Consequences. Book 2 of that series should be completed on Patreon before book 1 even comes out on Amazon in November.

I will reserve the right to post extra chapters, but will make sure to always post at least that one chapter.


Please feel free to provide any feedback on this experiment. As of now it is going to run through the end of June. If the response is positive I'll likely set it up to go through the end of August.

My wife and I will be out of the country, on a cruise ship for our 30th anniversary from August 3rd through the 20th and I was going to have to take a hiatus then anyway, but if this scheduling thing works out then it would solve that problem.
