Update and Welcome 3/4/23 (Patreon)

First off welcome to everyone new here. There are too many to name.

For those of you who have been around for a while, I'm not sure if you even notice it or not- but there has been a large influx of people - presumably from Royal Road to read more chapters on Dragon Sorcerer.

Besides, saying welcome, I just wanted to reiterate how I run this.

Patreon is really not about making money for me- but my wife greatly appreciates it- as it has sorta been our going out to money- and she is teasing me now that Patreon grew that I have to take her out more now.

Patreon is about sharing my stories- and hopefully getting some feedback. I'm a big boy and can take it if you don't like something. Constructive feedback is always welcome.

As far as release schedule, please bear with me for a second. Since there are so many new people I wanna make sure and explain everything.

Current series which I'm working on by pen name:


Sean Oswald-

Life in Exile/A New Home-  book 7:  She Who Befriends Monsters is due up next in that series. But it is taking longer as contracts and reader interest dictate that I prioritize some other material. Never fear though. This was my first series and is a passion project for me.

Shaman's Call-  book 3 is due up, but is on a when I can fit it in schedule.

Dragon Sorcerer- book 2 will start getting chapters in the next 1-2 weeks (depending on how long it takes me to finish the book I'm working on now)

Welcome to the Multiverse-  book 1 has about 5-6 chapters written. I have to be done with book 1 by the end of July because Travis Baldree will be narrating it in August. It is likely that chapters will go to Royal Road, but I'll make a final decision in the future. In either case, as soon as I'm happy with the first few chapters, they will get posted her and Patreon will be far ahead of Royal Road.

Pending project for Sean Oswald- I'm suppose to co-author a litrpg, post-apocalyptic series with Steven Rowlands. Currently about 20k words or 13% of book 1 is written.


David Burke-
Four Laws- currently I'm writing Old East which is book 7 of a projected 8 in this series, although it might take me 9 to finish it.

Prism Academy- book 5, Shadow Fall will start getting new chapters in 1-2 weeks in preparation for a May 1st release on Amazon.

Village of the Damned/Doomed (title still in flux) - book 1 has some outlining done and will be started in May most likely with a publication in July.

2 pending projects for David Burke-

          Cross-over between War God for Hire and Prism Academy- 1-2 books at the end of 2023, beginning of 2024. Both these series were put into the same universe as I started writing Prism and then War God in late 2020. I was told to not pursue the super hero thing, so I put it on the backburner. Oh well, be careful who you listen to.

           Follow up story to Descend - showing what happens after book 5. Date: TBD




Current WIP: Old East. 23% done with 5 1/2 days left before I have to post it on Amazon. Yeah, I might have to push it back a week- but I hate to do that both because there are over 700 pre-orders for it, but also because I don't want to get backed up on any of my future projects.
