Something which has been on my mind for a while was the desire to tweak the stats

Strength
Agility
Durability
Mind

for the book.

Currently, they are expressed based upon your race.

Ie... Strength: 10 for a dragon does not mean the same thing as Strength: 10 for a human in regard to the sheer amount of weight they can move.

But perhaps I need to move it to be that Strength: 10 means the same thing for every race in terms of an objective ability to move heavy objects etc...

If I keep the race specific stats then it will vary based upon things like weight. So for example a strength of 10 might mean that you can bench press 100% of your body weight for a single repetition.

Pro's and Con's of the changing to a consistent model vs the race/weight based model:

Pro-  it provides a consistent value across his various forms.

Pro- Nico's physical stats would go up significantly as he grew (some people like that) where as if we stay with a % based stat then his physical stats won't increase that much in how they are displayed on the sheet but their real world value in terms of weight he can move would go up simply because 100% of 12,000 lbs. is more weight than 100% of 8000 lbs.

Con- the numbers for strength and durability for dragons and other monsters will of necessity be significantly higher than humans- ie... hundreds vs low double digit numbers.

What do you think?

Not voting mainly because the book could litterly not have stats and i would not care.

Percent values would require a comparison between everything to be known and it just makes the. What in the hell? Uglier
