Writing/Chapter Publishing Plan (Patreon)
Content
Sorry that I took a few days at the beginning of the year, but was doing family stuff and trying to get organized for what needs to happen.
I have several projects that I wish were done already, not because I don't enjoy writing them but because I have a way of overcommitting myself.
1) Shaman's Call- Spirit Song.
2) Law of Familiy
3) Class Shift- Unbalanced (Change 2)
4) A Temperamental Enchantress
The publication of Shaman's Call 2 on Amazon is having to be pushed back. I am going to attempt to finish it first but I might have to delay it if I don't make enough progress on it.
Law of Family is the follow up to Law of Strength. That book has been my most commercially successful and I need to get it to the editor in the next three weeks or less so that he can get it ready for publication on Amazon.
Then Class Shift and ATE are both projects for the publisher. So they are wanting the next installments of those even though An Unwitting Prince hasn't even been published yet.
In a perfect world I will write Shaman's Call over the next 10 days or so.
Then I will write Law of Family in a couple of weeks.
After that I would like to write the next 2 books in Class Shift- That would meet my contractual obligation and allow me to finish the first story arc for that world. It will also take me till the end of Feb.
Then I will shift back to Law of Freedom (book 3) and likely the Shaman's Call 3 after that.
Then move onto A Temperamental Enchantress and She Who Befriends Monsters which would take me till the end of April and would finish the 2nd story arc in Watchers.
Next I would write, Law of Blood- the 4th book in the Four Laws series and begin the next David Burke series.
That is something I would be very welcome to input on- we have talked about some options before but as we get closer it would be nice to pin down what would happen next.
The final part of the current plan then would call for me to decide if Shaman's Call or Class Shift need a 4th book- or if I should start a new Sean Oswald series. That would be likely to happen in June either way.
