Weekly Devlog: 22 - 28 January 2024 (Patreon)

Hello Patrons 😊

We're entering the final week of January even though it feels like it was only just New Year's last week.

The past week I worked on the early dialogue scenes on the ship. Irus' is complete and I started work on Elora's. Because billing will be paused from the 1st of February, I'll be turning my attention to completing the side stories for January in the next few days. Once that's done, I'll get back to work on Chapter 9 and will likely have a mini-update for you around the 20th of February.

I've also worked on putting our a call for beta testers. Since the game will only updated for Patrons, it's important that I find testers who will be able to provide detailed feedback as I'll no longer be getting feedback from the public. I also need testers who'll be able to give me feedback on what scenes they want to see so that I can make a note of it for when I start edits.

I'll likely choose my testers in the next week or two in time to test the first half of Chapter 9.

I've also been thinking about getting character portraits commissioned for the game - and which I'll share a watermarked version with you here but I'll let you know more details on that closer to when I get the details finalised.
