Weekly Devlog: 14 - 20 August 2023 (Patreon)

I hope you've all been having a wonderful week 😊

This week, I've restarted work on Chapter 8 and I've been working on the NPC interactions with each of the companions - there's also a choice to avoid speaking to anyone, which will open up possibilities to reflect a bit more on your mystical powers or lack of it and you'll get a chance to increase your stats while you're on your own.

I estimate that I should be done with Irus' dialogue by the end of the week - there's quite a bit of variation to write, but hopefully, I can start Elora's soon and then move on to Oren's and Anu's by next week.

As a reminder, billing will be paused in September as I work on completing Chapter 8. You will still get updates throughout September from me about progress, but no one will be charged for September's subscription.

I'm hopeful that writing will pick up again now that it's not nearly as cold as it used to be and I'm slowly finding my feet again with regular writing sessions.
