Weekly Devlog: 10 - 16 July 2023 (Patreon)

Hello Patrons!

I hope you're all having a wonderful and lazy Sunday 😊

This week, I've been finishing off the farewell scenes and I'll be moving to the ship/sea voyage scenes this week. That will then progress to the arrival in the Southern Islands but because it's been ages since the demo was updated for you, I'll be breaking up Chapter 8 into two chunks for releasing.

Personally, I hate the idea of doing two parts for an update but I severely underestimated my hours for writing versus the hours I actually have. I start my job at 8AM and often finish by 5PM, so most days, I only can write for about 3 hours before my brain turns to mush 😅

I've somewhat made my peace with the game taking a little longer to complete (even though I would have liked it to have been completed by next year Jan/Feb). The good news is that I am still writing away and hopefully you'll all get an alpha release by the end of this month 🎉😄

I'll be posting polls for side stories as well - as Chapter 8 isn't complete, I'll be asking if you want more smut or fluff or just the regular side stories this month.
