lol Damon has no right to be mad. He needs to learn to respect the autonomy of those around him. And Elena - no need to worry about Rebekah trying to kill you...Damon killed Jeremy and you still have him around. Stefan is not fully himself just yet. Even though I enjoy seeing ripper Stefan - can't wait to get him back. Damon never does anything "fair and square", he has disrespected his own brother's relationship since day 1, transferred his Katherine obsession to Elena overnight, and used Stefan's absence (even though it was to save Damon's life) to keep trying to seduce Elena; and now he's pretending to have boundaries when he was the one who disrespected all boundaries in the first place.

If I was Bonnie I would prefer my best friend Elena being alive and the mother who abondoned me and who did not want to be a witch anyway be turned into a vampire. I get the emotional weight of the situation she's feeling but I am just saying If it were my choice this would be the better outcome.

You can clearly see how jealous elena was when she saw him with Rebekah half-naked. She’s still in denial about her feelings for damon, and it’s so obvious. Did you guys also notice that even when Damon is angry he picks up the phone, while Stefan didn’t? It’s a nice detail that I enjoy.

It was also so selfless of damon to be the one to kill Bonnie’s mom instead of Stefan, because he didn’t want Stefan to have any more guilt. It shows how good their brotherly dynamic is. Elena should not be angry at damon for what happened, elijah was the one that forced their hand, and so they had no choice but to turn Bonnie’s mom. It was a good alternative, because she is still alive.

damon said himself that he did it for stefan bc of how stefan wants the old stefan back hence why he hasnt drank human blood for a while. So yeah it was for stefan. which is beautiful, elena shouldnt be mad at him for that because he was doing it with good intentions and abby isnt dead she's still alive just as a vampire. Also btw, u guys seem to want to see damon grow as a better person but although i do love him either way, i quite like him as the "bad" damon. Thats the damon i fell in love with when i first watched the show for the first time. I do still love him when he changes though ofc bc he's still the same person just doesn't go around killing people out of boredom
