Those of you who are familiar with my works should know that subversion of expectations is something that I focus on often. As such, transforming Jack from everyone’s favorite bad-mouthed sexed-up war-vixen into a symbol of hope and equality for the troubled, misfortuned, abused, and “alt” shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone.

Plus, Jack is just so damn beautiful. She’s practically a glamour model as is, which makes sense seeing as she was based off of a glamour model. I think it’d be a misuse of her photogenic nature to cast her as anything else.
