Progress Report - June 17, 2024 - PHARMMETRA LOCKED IN AS JUNE/JULY VIDEO (Patreon)

Hello, everyone!

I'm making this post available to all paying Patrons*, just to keep you all abreast of how things are going.

New Video Poll Review

On Friday, I officially concluded the polls and made a Tweet thread about them. The summary of that thread is as such:

• Pharmmetra & Marie were extremely close in the polls. Pharmmetra barely won out in the Public poll, they were basically tied in the Patron poll, and my Discord regulars didn't really want either of them.

• I ended up choosing Pharmmetra over Marie due to technical reasons. The Marie video involves a lot of complex animation, of Helena pushing Marie out of the way as cum shoots out and hits stuff, several times over. That kind of animation is time-consuming to make. By comparison, Pharmmetra is just a bunch of wrapped-up creampies, which is much simpler to build.

• I asked people why the Alex idea wasn't so popular, and was given three reasons. The first two didn't surprise me: people didn't know who Alex was or care about her; and people didn't want to invest time into yet another series. Both of these are wholly understandable.

• The third reason people gave did surprise me, though: they felt it was a bit too extreme. I had several people say that they were interested in an Alex video, and they really liked the characterization and narrative elements shown, but felt uncomfortable seeing her as an inked-up pierced bimbo turboslut cumdump.

• This third reason amuses me, because before I had people tell me that they wanted less wholesome, and now people are telling me they want more wholesome.

• While I didn't explicitly poll for it, I suspect people had the same reasons in mind for the Life is Strange video: didn't know / didn't care, didn't want to invest in another series, and were uncomfortable with the prostitution angle.

• I still want to do both an Alex video and a Life is Strange video at some point, but the feedback from this round suggests that I need to dial things back and take my foot off the pedal a bit. So I will be quietly writing new stories for them, for the next round of voting on videos, which will probably be in August.

Preproduction Plans - Models

With all of that said, I'm now going full-tilt into preproduction for the Pharah/Symmetra video. As you may be able to intuit from this week's Progress Report poster, I am starting off with outfits! The outfits that were shown in the storyboard were very raw, with no bodygroups and rough rigging (you probably saw it breaking at points in the storyboard).

But now that I am making a proper production with them, I am going back and finally finishing and polishing up those outfits. So far, I've gotten Symmetra's, DVa's, and Pharah's outfits done. I'm not quite sure what the progression of undress will be (especially for DVa, who actually has two entirely separate bodygroup paths for getting unclothed, though right now I am leaning toward the one shown).

I still need to do Tracer's, Emily's, and Ana's outfits. Tracer and Emily I don't expect to give me too much trouble, but Ana is a different story - she doesn't actually have one right now! The outfit she had in the storyboard, which is just her default outfit, was a placeholder. I intend to give her a proper casual outfit, alongside the rest of the cast. I just have no idea what that casual outfit will be. Going to be interesting to figure out, for sure!

I also updated Pharah and Symmetra to have the improved nipple shapes that have become standard for me. They were originally built some time before I started doing those new nipple shapes. And technically what I said is a lie - the nipple shapes I do now are technically a slightly different mesh, but upgrading the character models to that new mesh is a nightmare, so I sort of half-assed it. If you look closely at the nipples, they look a bit wonky - but I hope everyone will be getting thrown around by all the extreme fucking so much that no one will be able to get a close look at the nipples through all the motion blur, and so it won't be an issue.

Emily, Tracer, and Ana will also need their nipples updated, and they'll get the same treatment. Updating Emily's nipples will also update Ashe's nipples for free, since Emily was built off Ashe.

Preproduction Plans - Voices

Once all of the models are updated, my next goal is to start reaching out and getting voicing sorted out. I'm not ready to record anything, but I want to find voice actresses, ensure the schedules all work out, and just sort of lock everything in. I don't want a repeat of the Life is Strange minivideo, where I ended up waiting like three months for my Max voice actress to actually be able to record.

I fully intend to tap Silky, Datura, and Bordeaux to reprise their roles as DVa, Symmetra, and Pharah respectively. For Tracer and Ana, I intend to ask Ivan if he has any recommendations for them - I know Tracer's been voiced in a few other animations, so I'm sure there's a good Tracer voice floating out there.

Emily... Emily is going to be interesting, seeing as she has no established voice in Overwatch, only ever existing in the comics. I might end up asking Silky if she'd be interested in voicing Emily, since Silky is British (assuming she doesn't voice Tracer, whose also British and is someone Silky has told me she's wanted to voice in projects).

This project is going to be the most ensemble cast to date, with a total of six voiced characters: Pharah, Symmetra, and DVa are the main cast, with Tracer and Emily in the opening sequence, and Ana in the ending sequence. I suspect it's going to be a logistical nightmare to shuffle six voice actresses' schedules, each of whom will certainly have their own system for recording, labeling, and packaging audio files. But I'll persevere.

And possibly consider hiring a secretary at some point, depending on just how much of a headache this ends up being. I'm getting anxious just thinking about it, honestly.

Preproduction Plans - Sequences

I have in mind a lot of fun sequences for this project. Probably more sequences than I can realistically fit, honestly. So once all the model-work is done, and all the voices locked in, I intend to do a bit more storyboarding on the project, just to see what all ideas I can include - and do some rearranging and cutting, if I have to.

Here are just a few of the ideas I have in mind, beyond what is shown in the storyboards already:

• Choker snapping. It's an idea I've loved since I first came across the meme years ago, I've experimented with it a few times, but have never been able to get it into a final production. I intend for this to take place immediately after the Symmetra face-fucking shown in the storyboard: Pharah is fucking DVa's face, commenting on how tight her throat is, while Symmetra is livestreaming it with DVa's phone (recall that DVa livestreams the initial facefucking in the storyboard). Symmetra calls out that the stream chat is calling for Pharah to "snap her choker." Pharah and Symmetra banter a bit about how she's supposed to do that, before Pharah is all like "all right, I don't know if this will work..." and sets up for doing a single powerful tip-to-balls piledriver straight down DVa's throat - snapping her choker clean off with the abrupt throat-bulge. I'm hoping to animate a sequence of the thing just flying off, with Symmetra following it with a POV of the phone camera, commenting in surprise. Cut to a sequence of Symmetra holding the snapped choker and commenting on it, while Pharah is just absolutely going to town on DVa's throat in the background. I think it'll be both fun and hot - the best possible combination.

• Tying up DVa's hair. This is another idea I've had in mind for this trio for a long time, ever since I first started fiddling with it a year or so ago. The basic premise is that, while the ladies just casually go to pound-town on DVa's holes, they start debating whether or not they should tie DVa's hair up in a ponytail. Pharah thinks it'd clean up her mess of long hair, keep it out of her face, and overall just make it easier to play with her. Symmetra, on the other hand, would prefer to keep DVa's hair loose - she likes how the spill of hair frames her face and falls down her back, not to mention it gives lots of handholds for pulling her hair (which Symmetra really likes to pull hair). Eventually they settle on trying, and if they don't like it, they can always just let her hair fall loose again. Symmetra voices her uncertainty, before it smash-cuts to Symmetra plowing DVa while yanking hard on her ponytail. A heavily-exerting Symmetra admits that Pharah had a good idea with tying DVa's hair up.

• DVa's butt-plug. This one is a lot less structured, and honestly more narrative / aesthetic than a specific lewd sequence per se, but I think it's spicy and I like it. Basically, when the ladies are done fucking DVa's face and move on to the main course, they're amused to find that DVa's been wearing a butt-plug this whole time. Pharah is playful about it, noting how DVa clearly came here fully expecting to have a fun time, while Symmetra is more gruff about it and calls DVa a desperate slut (which she loves) before spitting in her mouth. Pharah notes that they'll leave it in for now, since they fully intend to get DVa pregnant and that doesn't contribute much toward that end. Symmetra comments that she wouldn't be opposed to pounding DVa's fat ass, though largely agrees with Pharah on that end. I intend to keep the butt-plug in and visible for a few sequences, to follow with that.

• Running out of condoms. This is another fun idea, it sorta tows the line between lewd and narrative. As Pharah nuts in DVa's pussy and balloons her condom, Symmetra goes to grab another one from the box, only to find it empty. She harps about how she told Pharah that two boxes weren't going to be enough, to which Pharah shoots back that Symmetra should've worn a tighter cock-ring to stop from blowing loads so quickly. The two banter a bit while DVa just lays there, belly-down, drenched in sweat, breathing heavy in exhaustion. Eventually, Pharah agrees to go to the store and get more, while Symmetra finally pulls DVa's butt-plug out, sticks it in DVa's mouth, and whispers into her ear "I guess we'll settle for anal till Fareeha gets back, then." You can guess what happens next.

• Doubling down and doubling up. This is a simple one. Symmetra is plowing DVa cowgirl when she nuts, pulling a balloon out and tossing it aside. She immediately reaches out and asks Pharah for another condom. Pharah protests, saying that it's her turn, but Symmetra retorts that she barely lasted ten minutes that time because DVa's pussy is just too tight, doubling down on demanding another condom. Pharah sighs and hands her one, and as Symmetra begins plowing DVa again, Pharah just snidely remarks about how Satya is being greedy again. Symmetra just replies back with "Greedy what? Pharah kinda does that Drake laptop meme, before she just walks up while Symmetra is pounding away, and casually slips into DVa's ass and starts pounding her in a DP.

• Arguing over who gets to knock DVa up. Another fun one. I'm imagining this one being in a spitroast, with one of them plowing away at DVa while the other just passively stands there, with the force of slamming into DVa resulting in her deepthroating the other one. I'm not sure if it's Pharah or Symmetra plowing DVa, but either way, they start casually discussing who gets to knock DVa up at the end of the night. They start casually listing off vague-but-identifiable characteristics of other Overwatch ladies, as points of which of them knocked up who - Pharah knocked up "the German one", while Symmetra knocked up "the Chinese one", things like that. Halfway through, the one plowing DVa nuts, before casually slapping DVa's bum and telling her to switch (gruffly if Symmetra, gently if Pharah). DVa turns around 180 on her hands and knees, and the other one begins plowing her as they continue their argument. Eventually, they settle on both creaming DVa at the same time in a double-vaginal penetration. Pharah notes she's not sure DVa will be able to fit them both, she's so tight - Symmetra comments that they'll make it work, one way or the other.

• Pharah's future brother or sister. This is my idea for the very final sequence. I definitely want to include it, picking up where the storyboard currently ends. While Ana is plowing DVa, Pharah just groans and begs Ana to not knock her up "like the others." Ana snipes back (hah get it because Ana is a sniper hero) that she's not some young hotshot like Satya that needs a device to moderate her orgasm (Symmetra is not amused at the uncalled-for shots-fired, but the stream chat absolutely howls in response). Pharah shoots back that Ana does have a hair trigger though, going from 0 to 100 supremely quickly. Ana begins to retort, before her sudden orgasm catches her off-guard and she starts creaming DVa bare-back. Pharah groans "not again", before Ana just awkwardly chuckles and points out how Fareeha has always wanted a baby brother or sister. To which an exasperated Pharah cries out "WHEN I WAS TWELVE, MOM! WHEN I WAS TWELVE!" After an awkward silence, Ana turns to the exhausted, panting DVa, pussy now overflowing with cum, and notes "You might want to start picking out baby names, sweetie. And these aren't even all of my ideas, just the ones that are the most fleshed-out and have been knocking about in my head for a few weeks (or months) now.

I only have about 5 minutes of runtime left, judging from the storyboard, though. I want to keep this video around the 10-minute mark. And as you can tell, even this incomplete list already has 7 ideas. If I give each idea a full minute, then that already puts us over the limit.

So that's why I am going to need to storyboard, see how long it all falls out, before making the decision on cutting things. I don't want to cut any of them, but if I have to, I will.

Plans For This Week

So with all of that being said, my big goals for this week are to get all of the model-work done, and to lock in all six voices. I should definitely be able to get all of that done by next Monday.

As a stretch goal, I'd like to start storyboarding out the lewd ideas, see where it all falls out. But right now, my focus is just the model-work and voice-lock-in.
