Don’t really get why people are telling you not to speculate about who’s a Cylon etc., that feels more like they are demanding that you not engage with the show on anything but the most superficial level and just validate their opinions by responding the way they want you to. The whole reason I subbed here was be because I enjoyed your efforts to try and predict where things would go in The Expanse, and that has held true both in shows where I know what is coming (like BSG, or Vox Machina) and ones where I don’t. So please, keep doing things the way you prefer.

I realize that I am pretty much echoing what everyone else has said so far and that’s ok. Watch it and enjoy it the way you want to. That is exactly what we all did. BSG is a master class in storytelling, character building, and musical scoring. Everything in it is incredibly layered so that people with different interests can enjoy it on their own terms. If you like action/drama, BSG has that. If you like speculation and mystery, BSG has that. If you like emotions and character, BSG has that. If you like philosophy/theology/psychology, BSG has that. Political, military, myth, the list goes on. The point is that people watch for different reasons and have different interests. I love reactions that dig in deep. It’s my way of trying to re-achieve that initial dopamine high on my first viewing. I love being able to view it from someone else’s perspective and yours is enlightening at times. You’re doing great just by being you.

Late to the party here. I find it interesting that Angela's reaction to Geata is pretty much the opposite of mine on first watch, I always saw him as a very loyal and competant high level officer. That being said I love the new persepective, paranoia and speculation. Also, anyone who spoils this show, especially Gaetas arc; I will personally have Wongerz send Madisynn to your house and ruin every show you ever watch till the end of time.
