The revel at the end of what the Briarwood did to those poor people happened in the stream. Matt didn't tell the players, not even a hint. He just started describing it. The look of shock as one by one the players realized what they were seeing is one of the pivotal moments they've ever done. The moment when Keyleth puts her hand over her mouth and says, "It's us." Happened exactly how it did in the stream. One of the most dramatic moments I've ever seen in any show. If you get the chance, there are videos of just this scene on YouTube. It's a great watch.

I watched it! I got tears in my eyes watching them discover the scene as Matthew was revealing what all the victims looked like. I'm glad they left out Trinket. That would be a hard one to take.
