I'm a little late to the party, but just checking out some of your other reactions as I wait for more BSG episodes. This is my second watch of season 3 and I have mixed feelings. The show's writers and producers are definitely willing to push the limits. I guess they can do what they want as long as this show concludes with a long painful death for Homelander. Anything less will be a disappointment. 😁

The scene with Butcher and Ryan was very painful and heartbreaking from both their perspectives and you could really feel the weight of those words. I think the writers have done a really good job to convey emotions in scenes like these. Also, it kinda indicates just how important Ryan could be in controlling not only Homelander but Butchers as well.

Ryan will definitely be influential to both. I just hope he’s not turned bitter because of Butchers lack of love and Homelander wanting to be a dad to him. Neither is good for him, but Butcher is the lesser of two evils
