Continuing the Gelph discussion a bit - I consider it much like organ donation. If it can save a life I'm all for it; however, it has to be the donor's choice. It's not right to harvest organs or entire bodies without the deceased's or their family's consent. If I should respect other species' morality, they should also respect mine.

NON-SPOILER COMENT The original TV show ended in 1989. There was a movie in 1996. The Time War happened between the movie and the premiere of the 2005 NuWho series. You know as much about the Time War at this point as someone watching the show for the first time should.
