Wow, I have never seen such a reaction to the death of Bell-mère. I hope it wasn't too hard on you. Anyway, I'm new here, Great reaction ! Usually, the "help me" scene is the hook of One Piece for anime watchers or Manga readers. When you are finished with this season, I highly recommend that you read or watch at least this part of the story of the original material. While the live action delivered amazingly on this episode, the sequences of events that leads to this scene in the original material will make you cry and love Nami even more. Like many mangakas, Oda has quite a bit of problems with the male gaze, but he sure knows how to write all his character no matter their gender. Women in One Piece are exceptionnal. About Usopp, sadly the live action didn't had the time to really develop in detail his characterization during his arc. And Usopp is indeed the representation of fear in the crew, but he is also the paragon of courage and pride. If you want to see a great side of Usopp, I once again recommend you to read or watch his arc in the manga or anime. Well, I recommend you to read or watch the entire east blue saga, lol, that will be easier.. What ? No, I'm not trying to get you to watch or read the original material after the end of this season, what do you meeeeeaaan ?
