Guh, such a gut punch of a movie! Very intense, but very good. That one shot at the end was just... mindblowingly awesome today as it was when it came out. I remember when The Handmaid's Tale was starting up, the way people would talk about it to get people to watch it was saying "It's Children of Men, the TV show" *chuckles

So glad you chose this Angela, otherwise I might have missed this amazing film. Such great acting and storytelling, and what a powerful ending. Earlier I had seen Corridor’s study of the insane one-shot car scene, but I was surprised at how many more one-shots it had. What directing.
