After months of tug of war between us and Steam reviewers, we are happy to announce that Operation Lovecraft: Fallen Doll is launching on Steam without any contents being censored, even Galatea (we still need to make her taller before adding her to the game in accordance to Steam's rule).

It was a long and excruciating fight, but it may be well worth it.

There was some hiccup though, as the keys steam released for the 16th test turned out to be early access keys which cannot be used before official launch, so we had to wait until a new batch of keys is approved, that's why the Steam store page was not published as soon as the teaser came out.

The obstacles have been overcome eventually. Steam has approved a total of 80k beta test keys, which means that no raffle or "first-come first-served" giveaway is needed and everybody who reserved the steam key can participate in the closed beta, even for patrons who joined after October. Previous patrons who reserved the Steam key are qualified to get a closed beta key this Sunday, yet new patrons who joined after December will need to log in on our website, the key shall be distributed to you 48 hours after you log in (you do not need to stay logged in).

You may acquire the key from our website and activate the app on Steam. The closed beta shall be launched this Sunday, I will make another post with more details when it starts.
