We are currently working with Patreon on a system to connect a supporter's Patreon pledge status with their steam account anonymously. If you have pledged enough amount but unable to reserve the key immediately, it is because Patreon is experiencing issues like delayed status update and conflicting pledge history record. Normally this will be automatically solved after a while, but sometimes it can last for a couple of days. Patreon is working on a fix at the moment and we will keep you updated.
