Not able to read comments at the moment due to potential spoilers.

It sounds like these are not viewable on the mobile app version of patreon, at the moment. The PC version of Patreon has no issues playing them. Though it is playing for me on the mobile app version as well. 

Also, these videos have to be viewed on Patreon, as they are embedded through Vimeo integration. So there is no link to go to.

The semantics of Hisoka's status as a Phantom Troupe member have always interested me : if The Boss thinks Hisoka is a member, and everyone else believes Hisoka is a member. Then doesn't that make him a member ? It greatly amuses me that Hisoka doesn't identify as a member, rather than thinking « I am a member but have my own motive and will defect once I get the chance », interesting. What would happen if Kurapika struck Hisoka with Chain Jail ? Well based on Kurapika's personality*muffled spoiler noise* « There's not a single thought about Killua, Gon & Leorio » heheheh- I'm glad you like the Troupe members !

If I am not mistaken, Hisoka became a member approximately 3 years ago, I believe the Kurta massacre was way before this (don't remember where it is mentioned, but I am quite sure about this). So Hisoka wasn't part of the massacre at the time. I believe Kurapika would have a completely different attitude towards him otherwise, pretending to be a member or not.

That's a very good point, manipulators need to make physical contact in order to manifest their power on another person. Baise needs a kiss someone on the lips to begin the slavement process and then step on their face to issue a command. Obviously her power works better on men and people who are attracted to her. I believe that Kurapika would die if he ever used Chain-Jail on Hisoka, or any non-original Phantom Troupe members. it doesn't matter what he believes or doesn't. Hisoka has a fake tatto, he doesn't follow orders as lenient as other members, his goals don't allign with the organization or for their benefit, so he clearly isn't part of the troupe. He can be considered a Judas, a traitor, a Jester, or fake ally. This can be depicted in a pack of suited cards which include 13 ranks, but Hisoka isn't among them because he represents the joker. Kurapika too busy to contact his friends, he's chasing that spider dangerous lifestyle.

Seems like the mobile app tries to open Vimeo and play it there, and it doesn't work. But for me it works if I go to Patreon on a mobile browser instead of using the app, it just plays embedded on Patreon rather than trying to go to Vimeo.
