Pride flying through the air was gold lmao

Was that Yutaka Nakamura handling Al's fight scene? Certainly felt like him, but if it wasn't - this animator is equally talented xD

Hmm hmu

"the SAKUGAH" my man Im getting cultured AF at this rate he's nonchalantly going to have a 4 hour top 10 patreon exclusive waifu video

Sloopgamer

No, as far as I know Nakamura only did animate a part of the second op in FMAB. Though I agree whoever did that famous dragon sequence is really talented and Al's fight sequence against Pride and Kimblee is definitely one of the best animated ones of FMAB period

Sloopgamer

There are only a handful of people that didn't become half-weebs cause of their anime reactions on yt. Seeing Im getting to the right sight is awesome. We're getting there! XD

Sloopgamer

Finally we got to see your reaction to that famous Al fight sequence. There is not that much to talk about in this episode but at the same time every character moves now to a certain location. We didn’t get to see every char this episode but we know they are on the move. Can’t wait for friday

Hironori Tanaka for Al's fight. https://i.imgur.com/90WKofE.mp4 Two minutes in the previous episode and over a minute in this. Insane output. Layouts seem partly corrected by Masahiro Andou and the animation by Satoshi Ishino, the storyboarder and animation supervisor respectively. Just educated guesses; the snappier timing in some of the animation reminds me of Ishino and his peers, for example. It's the first out of two Andou storyboards for FMAB. He is a prodigious action animator turned director/storyboarder that is highly praised for his understanding of action flow. Anyone who enjoys a good popcorn flick, go and watch Sword of the Stranger, which is his directorial debut. Amazing production values and 2 hours storyboarded by him.

Hironori Tanaka is responsible from the start of the episode up until Pride gets put into the cone. And yes, no Nakamura in this show outside of the second opening.

I think is not presumptuous to say, we are just getting started lol. excited for the next one!
