Finally some more Scar characterization, gotta love it. And yeah, Zeke it be. Takehito Koyasu, the one and only. The most prolific voice actor in Japan and one of the most prolific voice actors in the world having voiced over 700 characters. You've also heard him as Kuzan in One Piece.

“Let it all out. Let it all out. No need to act soo brave.” That final scene is one of my favourite scenes in anime. Edward is one of my favourite protagonists of all time and this moment has to be one of his best. It gets me to almost ugly cry every single time I watch it without fail. You can just feel how kind of a soul Edward has and those final words of his that Winry’s hands are there to give life and it kicks in with ‘Let it all out’ … 👏👏👏 Simply perfection. ‘Let it all out’ is definitely well loved in the fandom. It’s such a perfect closure to an episode and they pick just the right moments to allow it to bleed into the actual episode and fade into the ED visuals. I’ve been looking forward to you figuring out who voices Scar’s older brother! Takehito Koyasu is without a doubt an absolute veteran in the Japanese voice acting world. I always love when I encounter him in a project as he has such incredible range emotionally, comedically and just been down right iconic! I believe he appears in some of your ‘to be watched’ list so that’s something to look forward to! Scar’s backstory is gut wrenching. You are absolutely correct with the tragedy of this monk who was stretched to an absolute breaking point and in a fit of hysteria and panic lashes out at the Rockbells who had just saved him and were helping his fellow people. You can tell from his demeanour with facing Winry that their deaths were different for him and it’s something that most definitely plagues him. I sometimes forget how provocative the imagery is of the war whenever they flash back to it. Studio Bones doesn’t hold back all that much in censoring. By the way I absolutely cannot wait to discuss Kimblee properly! Just from his character design and how he behaves he is already fascinating in the few episodes he has appeared in soo far. Once again soo many characters to love and be excited about!

Just wanna throw this out there Im. Twin Peaks is a once in a lifetime show that I wish you would watch, but I understand that it will most likely never happen since there are almost no one who has seen it from our generation. Only reason I could give you is that maybe some of your viewers will watch it with you for the first time since there are just 2 seasons (3 if you count the latest), and you being the only reactor to watch it could give you all the attention from the people who are waiting for Twin Peaks reactors. Anyhow, just wanted to give it some credit since it truly is amazing. :)

The original Twin Peaks is really good but there are so many other shows I'd want him to watch first, like Ghost in the Shell: SAC.
