Love this episode. Something about Thorkell's voice acting is so standout in some of these scenes, I think it's the absence of an OST - just makes it impact differently (namely when he pictures Thors in Canute's eyes)

Thors, Thorkell, Canute, Askeladd and Thorfinn all in this one episode, what a treat. So many great moments. Man I don’t want to reach the end, what am I going to do without these weekly vinland reactions. Season 2 really can’t come any quicker.

I'm glad you recognized that Thorkell's weak spot was a result of Thor's punch, a lot of viewers seem to overlook that! And live reactions to S2 would be so awesome! Not sure how you would intend to handle discussions then, but live interactions would be dope if possible!

you are certainly correct when talking about thorfinn development. It is IMO one of the best developed characters in manga, ever. atleast top 3 at worst. But it takes its sweet time into it. Btw live reactions sound nice, S2. without going into spoiler, its literally perfect for you, it is the things you most appreciate about S1 and make them the center piece, I´m very worried for other reactors with S2 because of it, but For you all of the contrary, S2 its an artpiece in itself.

Love Thorkell this episode. Just adding a little bit of depth goes a long way. All in all this episode is just a lot of fun tbh. Very excited for Season 2 and that we'll get to it when it's airing. It's gonna be very special.

Doubt it’s likely, but ya never know. Mappa did the AoT S4P1 trailer in May of 2020 and the episodes started in December of 2021, so it’s still possible.
