Hello everyone!

Wanted to thank everyone for the fantastic support this past week! It’s so good to be back at it creating and sharing content.

What did you think of the first wave of new content ?

Quick update

  • Decided to change upload times to 2pm EST. Based on my customized YT analytics, it’s meant to be even more effective than 11am EST. So going to try that and see what the video response will be like.

The upgrade in the quality of content is impressive! It's so good to have your reactions back and I hope you're as hyped for it as we are! :)) I'm sure the editing and the production process takes time, but could you offer us some update on the Attack on Titan reaction uploads? I'm aware you mentioned there's no specific schedule to them, but an update on them to have some predictability would be greatly appreciated. Anyway, thank you for the attention and thank you for coming back!

It's the first time I subscribe to someone on patreon and I'm really happy that I came at such a great time. The quality change at first I thought I wouldn't get used to it, as it looked like such a big leap from the last setup, but you managed to find the balance in the lighting which was what I was worried you could over do it. I'm here mainly for Vinland Saga, and I'm glad you give a lot of attention to it, despite Shingeki having a lot of hype right now, and I love how you keep praising Wit Studios during the beautiful episodes of Vinland Saga, and believe me there's episodes more beautiful than what you've seen down the road. Thanks a lot and love from Portugal!

I'm so happy you're watching Dark. It's been a while since I've seen it, and I definitely need a rewatch. It's also really great timing, because Jimmy Macram started watching Dark recently as well (he's so confused lol😁) so that means I'm rewatching it twice. Still haven't had the time to watch Attack on Titan or Vinland Saga (shame on me) but I'll get there eventually. love that you're back. I've missed you ❤ Nina ❤❤

I like you're new intros, it's obvious you put a lot of thought into them :) The current line up is ideal for me as AOT, Vinland Saga and Dark are one of my all time favorite show. The only thing I would like is to have a more precise schedule for Shingeki but I totally understand why it may not be possible. All in all, eagerly awaiting all the new reactions 😁

The new setup is an upgrade for sure. Nothing to complain about on the visual side of things, everything looks great. I liked the separate intros for every show and the red color dominating the look of the videos. On YouTube, I think you should include the timestamps on the video progress bar for the opening, reaction, and discussion portions. Everytime a video has those it looks clean and professional. I think 2PM EST is a good upload time. Here in Europe, it would be 8-9PM which is a perfect time for a video. That's all really. I guess we'll see that dreaded episode of FMAB tonight. Can't wait to know your thoughts on it.

It's the least we could do. As others have already stated, an episode of Shingeki no Kyojin is just not complete until we've gotten your take on it. I'm sure the same applies to the other shows you have chosen to make content about.

Loved it, the quality is certainly very impressive. Really looking forward to seeing you finish Death Note and the journey you'll go on with Vinland. Let's hope Season 2 will be out by the time you finish S1. And I'll certainly watch Dark as well, haven't seen the show yet so I might watch alongside the reactions. Obviously only if I can pace myself like that, lol. And finally SNK will be an amazing ride to the end, that much I know for certain.

Loved you back for sure. There was a time I wanted your Shingeki and be out but man. Fmab is over of my favourites and Im stuck here now :D never regret. VS is amazing show too, watched it starting with you and then just binged, omw reading manga tho. You have Arcane in your list right? Can't wait for it, it'sa masterpiece made with love and passion for sure. My only wish is that you could upload a bit more frequently.

I mean. Several shingeki reddit pages, dedicated to a manga, were welcoming you back. People've been tacking clips out of your discussions and bringing it up. Cause your takes are always relevant, even when people are already finished the story, there is a lot to say left. For sure you are the greatest SnK fan and analyser.

Yea it's also good for most of the eastern countries before 3 am which I fall into, so can watch as it drops.

First wave was certainly a wave. Did not expect all the shows at once in a day. Not complaining lol. I do binge some stuff occasionally. Definitely glad you're back. Also the new show, Dark, I'm curious. Might have to check it out somehow. If it's Im approved, I'd be up for watching it. So, yeah. Good stuff. New editing too. Guess I'll need to flip the "house translator" switch back on. Though I don't remember many instances of weird translation in upcoming episodes of the animated shows you're currently watching. Perhaps I just forgot lol It's been a while since I watched them. Except Shingeki, of course, but it's aired without subtitles (obviously) so wouldn't know anyway until a reaction.

Translation being better is highly debatable. Which one would be better, one which is witty and funny or cool but changes the meaning (sometimes to extreme), or correct translation which may sound strange and not cool? I'm advocate of being correct. It's probably due to my job as a translator though. YuYuHakusho dub is horrible in that regard. The characters are almost different people sometimes. A crucial character had lines which make 0 sense. He would never say that. Type of things. Minor characters are sometimes unrecognizable. But people love it if that was their first experience.

Ya those are good points. Tbh I have no idea where he's getting those subs from. All the official sources have the bit where Ed gets his name are different. The dub says "I like it, sounds intimidating". The official subs say "It has an oppressive nature about it" or something, and his say "sounds like something heavy to carry". Did he say how he's watching these? I want to follow with same version
