Interesting fact there are really birds that put there prey on sticks on a tree for food storage. Also think its perfect rammot is partially based on a rabbit. Rabbits do some fd up sh*t to other rabbits in the wild. They fight bloody wars over teretory. And kill young of rival groups. When i see rabbits i always think of the book watership down. Its also an amazing animated movie. The mood of the movie even reminds me of this arc. Its a childrens book and movie about rabbits. But it gets really dark and bloody. The animation and musiic are also amazing.

I'm glad you were surprised by something! You seem to have come to terms with it pretty quickly and caught on to the implication but I personally always am surprised by how many people can't understand the strength of Rammot. They think back to Wing and Bisky's explanation of ten, ko, ken, etc and think that any nen wielding being should be able to instantly eviscerate anything else. While this is normally true, I feel like people forget that these Chimera ants aren't birds, snakes, flies, cats, and turtles. They are ANTS that scaled up to the size of HUMANS and have ADDED properties from their mixed genes!!!! They are all still ants at a baseline. Do you know how strong a 6 foot ant would be in real life?!? It's unimaginable. The fact that seemingly even ants like Rammot who while maybe being one of the stronger officer ants, (I kinda assume he's in a similar tier to Pike although I could be wrong, he's clearly not a low level ant though) is most likely(?) weaker than most or maybe even all of the squadron leaders, can take this level of punishment from hunters like Gon and Killua is absolutely terrifying to me.
