Here's a full video preview of the music video for 'Practical Math'!

I can't say that this video makes the math any more "practical", in practicality, or easier for that matter :P But it is strangely hypnotising to watch anyway.

I hope you enjoy it!!

P.S. Ninja Club members are credited at the end of the video!

Practical Math - Music Video - Meri Amber

Ninja Club ► https://www.patreon.com/meriamber Here's the official music video for 'Practical Math', a song I wrote inspired by a modern way in which maths is presented to students... You know, "practical math", the sort of thing that's so very useful in day to day life. Do the maths in real-time with the song, I dare you. --- I'd love for you to come hang out with me around the internets at: My cosy online home - http://www.meriamber.com Twitch - https://www.twitch.tv/meriamber Twitter [@meriamber] - http://twitter.com/meriamber Instagram [@meriamber] - https://instagram.com/meriamber Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/meriamber And listen to my music on: My music page - http://www.meriamber.com/music Spotify - https://play.spotify.com/artist/4ULUypMfEm9tEgWbzsww3b Apple Music - https://itunes.apple.com/au/artist/meri-amber/id634506373 Google Play - http://bit.ly/MAonGooglePlay BandCamp - https://meriamber.bandcamp.com --- If you wanna grab one of my tracks and an e-zine for free, pop by here: http://bit.ly/MAFreeStuff --- And here's the lyrics, in case you're a word muncher: Sally split the fifty dollars in her piggy bank Put half in her wallet and left half there She walked past a fruit store wearing apples and pears Three dollars for five apples, four dollars for five pears But also seven dollars for five bananas And three dollars fifty for a bag of sultanas She went to buy two apples, four pears, three bananas then Put back one pear and instead bought the sultana bag She gave half the cash left then to a rather skilled busker Then went to an ATM to withdraw ten times the remainder She saw three sweet beggar kids of ages three, six and four Then gave each half a dollar for each year since they were born The beggars and the busker somehow quickly formed a band And wrote a song inspired by apples and pears Sally became their manager cause she saw their potential She spent a third of the money in her wallet to record their single It soared in the charts, reaching fifteen thousand downloads And for each and every download, Sally got fifteen cents, oh! The band made five appearances that paid two hundred dollars each Ten per cent of which Sally got to keep She put all this newfound fortune in her wallet Then went to go buy a Gucci bag cause that’s what you do when you’re loaded The bag cost three quarters of all the money she had with her She paid it in one go in cash, like a true baller As she was transferring her fruit produce into the new bag She slipped in the store and a thief stole her Gucci, what a drag! She ran back to her piggy bank and grabbed what was left Went to a law firm and used that money as a deposit Sued the store and sued the thief for all that they had done The justice system’s oh so great so both the suits were won The store paid her twice what had been left in her wallet The thief paid her the price of the Gucci bag and produce Sally paid off the remainder of the lawyers fees Which was seven times the deposit that she’d paid initially Then found while she was gone the eldest member of the band Had developed a rather nasty drug addiction Rehab cost eighty dollars for every day there Sally felt bad so she covered half the fortnight spent She realised music management wasn’t her shindig She paid each band member three hundred dollars then left the gig She got a notification that a service was due on her car It cost her a thousand dollars, that she paid right after She took a bus for four dollars to the local cinema They were playing some flick that looked great in the trailer It was twenty dollars for a ticket, ten dollars for popcorn and five dollars for a drink So the question is quite simply, could she afford all three and get in? So the question is quite simply, could she afford all three and get in? Please show all your working out below This is practical math, the sort you need to know You have half a minute left, go --- Finally, here are the credits: I wrote the song, arranged and produced the track, then drew & edited the video :) --- Thank you for watching and a huge thank you for subscribing if you've subscribed too!

I think my math is right, but my hearing isn't. I heard four nights, not fortnight, so my answer was off by $400. But assuming you can have fractions of cents in your wallet, and assuming Sally's wallet was in her bag when it was stolen, she would have $32.175 left after going to the movie theater.
