Hey all,

As I try to gather information for my videos, I read a lot of books and watch a lot of lectures and documentaries. Some are just designed to educate and inform and some are designed to "reveal" something about the state of the world. Usually those will leave me feeling frustrated, irritated or angry.  I'm keen to hear if y'all have watched anything recently that was particularly eye opening (in a good or bad way)

Some I've seen recently that were particularly revealing were:

Robert Lustig's talk at the University of California: "Sugar, The Bitter Truth"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM  - Describes the toxic nature of Sugar and the damaging effects of its chronic consumption

Chris Bell's "Prescription Thugs" (on Netflix) - Shows how damaging, addicting and easy to get prescription drugs are.

Charles Ferguson's "Inside Job" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4YwGVdr1Tk (Rental)  - Explains how the financial meltdown of 2008 was essentially engineered by certain political and financial players.

Kristin Canty's "Farmageddon" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EV5XLMpnXg -Story of family farmers providing safe, healthy "raw" dairy foods to their communities who were forced to stop by agents of the government.
