Hope you're all having a great holiday season!!  I've been getting some stuff done before taking the weekend off for Christmas.  I've got a Brad Tries I'm posting later on today, then another tomorrow, also a review for Babylon as well.  Plus I just ordered some 1961 posters so I can start work on 1961 in Film.  The 1960 episode took about a month and a half to make, so I'm predicting the same thing out of 1961.  Also next month we'll have a Snob episode on Bloody Murder 2 as well.

Leave us your questions or comments below from now till 2pm Central, and have a Merry Christmas!

I love the fact that Planes Trains and Automobiles is getting the audience it deserves now thanks to TV airings and various video releases. To me, it's one of the best buddy comedies ever. And also, it's John Candy's best performance and he would have been a great dramatic actor too because his speech after Martin's rant in the hotel is so heartbreaking.

It's definitley the best Thanksgiving movie too! It's a near perfect script, certainly one of Hughes best. Their chemistry is fantastic, and it's great to watch every year. It's one of Laura's favorites.

Hi Brad, hope the holidays are going well! Two Christmas movie questions: 1. Are you a fan of Die Hard 2? I think it's underrated and also more Christmasy than the original. 2. Do you think you'll ever cover the sequel and remake to Silent Night, Bloody Night?

I like Die Hard 2 a lot,it's got some really cool scenes, like the airplane wing fight, the icicle death, the chair launching out of the explosion, and the stuff with Dennis Franz and also Bonnie Bedilia and William Atherton on the plane. It does get a little slow sometimes, and it could maybe be tightened here and there, but it's a fun follow up. I think Die Hard with a Vengeance is the best of the sequels. 2. Next year I'll take a look at those! I keep forgetting they exist lol.
