Hey everyone. I just wanted to take a second to check in, and gather some feedback from you regarding some changes I've been considering. First of all, I just want to say how grateful I am to have your ongoing support. I feel like I have been making some good art lately, and I couldn't be doing this without you, so thank-you. Your support means the world to me, and operating this Patreon has been a great source of joy for me.

Anyways... In order to continue my growth and to keep participation high I'm considering extending the voting reward down to the $2 tier. This means that supporters in the $2, $5, and $10 tiers would be able to vote on character illustrations. I've been feeling like participation has been low lately, and I think this could encourage more voting and keep me with a fresh supply of suggestions. It may help to encourage new sign ups as well.

Currently voting is limited to the $10 tier. I don't know how many of you in this tier signed up only for voting but I don't want it to seem as though I'm taking anything away from you – and I'd hate to see any one of you drop or lower support in light of this change, after all, those of you in the $10 tier make up the bulk of my support... so I'd like to add an additional reward to this tier. If you guys have any ideas, please voice yourself! I am open to suggestions. Video recordings are still a possibility, as are private streams, or anything else I can think of... Is there any thing in particular that I could offer that you'd be interested in?

If I decide to make this change it'll probably happen next month, but please sound off and let me know how you feel about this. I will also be needing to make some changes to how the sketch raffle works in order to comply with Patreon rules... but I haven't figured out all the details yet...more info on that soon!

Thanks so much for your love and support!!

I think it's a fair idea, more people would get the chance to have a part in contributing. As for the sketch raffle I'm sure there's some ideas that could be done that could fall in with Patreon's rules quite easily. I bet a lot of us have a bunch of ideas we'd like to see you flesh out so to speak. :)

This change wouldn't affect me as for now I'm only in the tip jar tier unfortunately.

Seems fair to me

Sure, I'm for anything that snags you more support.

crufl

got no ideas for you, sorry.

I'm in the $5 tier, but I think that sounds like a great idea to increase participation.

I'm sure I can come up with some ideas! I'm also pretty sure most supporters in the $2 and $5 would welcome this change, but I want to make sure $10 supporters don't drop tiers because of it.

Naj

Here's one. How about 1 OC per $10 supporter?

I think the sketch raffle is fine for the $10 tier alone. Allowing more people to vote is fine with me, as the characters I like don't stand a chance of being voted for anyway. Private streams seem a bit exclusive, picarto and stuff is better when it's a properly social venue.

I find that extending voting through all paying tiers is the best for keeping engage high and getting a better idea of what all your patrons want. As for the sketch raffle how about instead you hold a patron only stream and do a raffle there instead?

erotibot

Hmmm good idea, but I think that would stretch me a little thin... time wise.

Nicoya

I'm just in the $10 tier because I always sign up for $10/mo. I'm not too concerned with what rewards come at which level.

In my experience participation is always quite low but the change should at the very least get you some more suggestions. I've also been trying to come up with new rewards that would spice up my patreon tiers, I'll send you message if I come up with something interesting.

Marcus

Do whatever you want with your Patreon or anything else you fancy.

Paul

I'm fine with whatever you decide to go with, but I think more voters would be better for getting your supporters feeling more invested in your work.
